Job responsibilities:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Building strong customer relationships
– Get involved in the entire customer lifecycle; from onboarding through the period of subscription
– Identify opportunities to bridge the gap between sales and customer support to ensure retention
– Help troubleshoot technical/ functional/ operational issues
