Should have knowledge of managing bench and costing.

Your responsibilities would include:
– Handling end-to-end recruitment for open positions
– Coordinating with hiring managers
– Negotiating with the candidates on salaries and perks
– Work with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation and remuneration.
– Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, strategies and regulations.
– Develop and submit reports regarding various staffing activities.
